Momofuku Milk Bar is a completely unique bakery and sweet shop that has become well-known for creatively inspired treats. Each class will cover a different chapter in the book. You know that super sweet milk that lingers at the bottom of your cereal bowl in the morning? I find this book incredibly daunting – like a giant sundae when I've already had too much to eat. Pretty much the only thing that I knew I wanted to do in New York was to visit Momofuku Milk Bar and have a slice of crack pie and/or a compost cookie.
